Multivolt aim to repair all software-related faults within 24 hours or less* and all hardware-related faults within 48 hours or less*. As always, all software-related repairs are guaranteed for 30-days and hardware-related repairs for up to 3 months.
Software-Related Repairs
The number of software issues that can cause a computer to ‘misbehave’
is virtually limitless. Some are caused by failing hardware, some are
caused by virus/malware ‘infections’, while others are simply
software ‘bugs’ or good old user error. Common symptoms include
poor performance, system crashes or BSoD’s (Blue Screens of Death),
error messages and even data loss.
Whatever the cause, whatever the symptom, we‘re confident we can
get you up and running again.

Hardware-Related Repairs & Upgrades
As well as software repairs, we also repair a wide-range of hardware-related faults as well as supply and fit additional hardware.
We do not charge for diagnosing common faults such as hard drive and memory failiures, however, customers may be charged a small diagnosis fee where lenghty disassembly/fault investigation is required*.
